The most useful message you can send is a correction. If a menu path has moved, if a step no longer exists in the current version of an operating system, or if you found something that worked better, that goes straight into the guide.

Requests are welcome too. If a device keeps breaking in the same way and there is no decent guide for it anywhere, say so — those are the best ones to write.
